What You Need to Know
Is there anything to pay on top of the monthly cost?
A one-time $49 enrolment fee when you sign up. After that, your monthly payment covers everything included in the plan.
Is my plan usable at your other two clinics?
Yes — PetCare+ is valid at all three of our locations, so you can book at whichever clinic works best for you.
What's the commitment?
Plans run on a minimum of 6 monthly payments, which is what the pricing and savings are based on.
What does "locked-in pricing" mean?
The rate you sign up at is held for your plan term, even if our standard fees change during it.
What's not covered?
Some services fall outside the plan. We’ll take you through the full list before you enrol so nothing catches you off guard down the line.
Why does the female plan cost more?
Every plan includes a procedure, and a spay is a more involved surgery than a neuter — the pricing reflects that difference.
How do I use the $15 MyVetStore credit?
It applies to food, preventives, and supplies through our online store, and it’s yours once you’re enrolled.
My pet isn't a kitten or puppy anymore — does this still apply?
Yes. The Kitten and Puppy Wellness plans are built for cats and dogs 6 months and older.
Can I enrol more than one pet?
Each pet needs their own plan. Call us and we’ll get them all set up in one conversation.
