Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Clinic Name refers to Dixie Animal Hospital Mississauga, a veterinary clinic owned and operated by InnovoVet Inc.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service (such as a computer, cell phone, or tablet).
  • Service refers to this Website and any online functions, contact forms, or booking features offered through it.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean this Agreement governing use of the Service.
  • Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed or linked through the Service.
  • Website refers to Dixie Animal Hospital Mississauga, accessible from https://dxah.ca and associated pages operated under InnovoVet Inc.
